The Alabama-Mississippi Section of AWWA’s official magazine, The Pipeline, is published quarterly. Each issue contains a variety of water-related feature articles as well as key Section news, such as: information on committee activities, special events (seminars, workshops, and conferences), scholarship announcements, member news, utility news, regulatory news, calls for papers, and updates on Section business.
Submission Guidelines:
Content: Feature articles pertaining to the drinking water industry should generally be 800-3000 words in length, and announcements should be less than 800 words in length. Articles and announcements should be provided in Microsoft Word format. AL/MS Section members are also encouraged to submit significant news related to Section activities or water-related developments in Alabama and Mississippi.
Graphics: Accompanying photos, images, graphs, and sidebars are welcome and encouraged. Images should be formatted as a jpg file with a 300 dpi or higher resolution. Please include captions and identify the people featured for all images.
