This committee shall prepare and submit a committee budget to the Section Chair.
The committee chair shall be responsible for coordinating with Scholarship Board including the participating universities to find appropriate candidates that fit the scholarship selection criteria. Participate in the application evaluation process if there is a tie. Make a formal presentation of the scholarship at the annual conference. Present committee report during the annual business meeting.
